Returns: All returns are automatically subject to a 50% restocking fee. No return will be accepted for credit. Returned product must be in its original box free of damage, unused and without scratch marks.
Repair or Warranty: Please read our limited warranty (Acura Spa Systems, Inc. Limited Warranty) before submitting a warranty claim. This completed form can be submitted instead of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) as required in our limited warranty. A copy of your paid invoice from Acura Spa Systems, Inc. must accompany this claim form for returns and warranty.

Acura Spa Systems, Inc. product warranty is between Acura Spa Systems and the original purchaser of the product(s). Acura Spa Systems, Inc. product warranty is non-transferrable.
